As a faculty member, I truly appreciate good instructional design so much so that I completed a Professional Certificate in eLearning and Instructional Design at the University of Washington.

As an instructional designer, I enjoy discovering, learning, and trying eLearning tools. I follow that up by evaluating the tool's effectiveness in the online classroom. I’m familiar with a number of instructional design models including SAM, ADDIE, and Agile. I have created educational content using many tools with some of the most common being Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and H5P.

As a project manager, I enjoy working with different stakeholders. It is rewarding to work together to develop courses that present materials in an effective and meaningful manner while also meeting the organization’s goals.
